The exhibition gives an introduction into "the life and creative heritage of Estonian composer Cyrillus Kreek is located in a house at the coast of Viigi, where the composer lived in 1939–1962. "Estonian Railway Museum is located in the Emperor’s Pavilion of Haapsalu Railway Station. The station building was constructed in 1907 and it’s famous for the peculiar 216 m long covered platform. The exposition gives an overview of the birth and development of railway in Estonia, the daily living conditions of railwaymen, the tools used for the construction and maintenance of railway, but also the uniforms, documents and tickets related to railway business. The stylized interior of passengers’ waiting room and the office of the stationmaster are also interesting. The outdoor exposition demonstrates old-fashioned rolling stock. ” (Estonian Museums)

"The exposition gives a picture of the history of electric communication in the previous century in West-Estonia and Estonia in general. Telephone apparatuses from various years, manual telephone exchanges, automatic telephone exchanges, transmitting units, apparatuses for line telegraphy, coin-operated telephones and line equipment are exposed. One can also see a collection of radios and TV-sets. A post office from the period 1920–1930 is also exposed and a special stamp is used at the post office.
A permanent exhibition on the topic of communication, prepared on the basis of the collections of the museum, is exposed at Lihula Museum. ” (Estonian Museums) |

Suure-Lähtru manor is built in 1775 by Karl Gustav von Baranoff as a wedding gift for his son Christoph Heinrich.
There are still lots of rare architectural details in styles like rococo and baroque (doors, staircases, stoves, stucco). Ground floor of the house is vaulted and there you can find a museum dedicated to the history of the house and a wonderful Hunting Hall with original brick floor and a magnificent fireplace. The Hall is suitable for arranging ceremonies, concerts, conferences, luncheons and dinners. The Manor-house is surrounded by romantic park with pond ancient trees. It is a perfect place for picnics and other outdoor activities. Smaller exhibitions are arranged. |

"Pölluotsa farm is considered one of the best-preserved farm complexes in Läänemaa – all ten buildings of the farmstead stand in one piece, eight in their original form. The old-fashioned farm house dating back to 1883 contains tools once used at the farm, all in all about one hundred objects. Some of which, the loom for instance, can be used on spot. The area and its history are introduced, including a radio station that once belonged to the army of the tsar. ” (Estonian Museums)
